Lord, our God, who created a doctor and various types of healing, as the Scripture says, to heal ailments and alleviate illnesses! Look mercifully on me, a sinner, forgive my iniquities and sins, heal my soul, give my body health with this healing, yes, I will accept Your merciful help and serve To you with all thanks. For You are the Source of healing, and we send glory to You, the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
