Almighty God, Master and Creator of all creation, fill everything with Your majesty and support with Your power.
We fall to You, our Greatly Gifted Lord, with a contrite heart and fervent prayer for the country of Ukraine, torn apart by strife and disorder.
Most merciful and All-Powerful, do not be completely angry, Lord! Be merciful to us, Your Church prays to You, presenting to You the author and perfecter of our salvation, Jesus Christ. Strengthen with Your power the faithful people in the country of Ukraine, and enlighten the erring eyes with Your divine light, so that they understand Your truth, softening their bitterness, quench the enmity and unrest in the country and its peaceful people, so that everyone will know You, our Lord and Savior. Do not turn Your face away from us, Lord, reward us with the joy of Your salvation. Remember the mercies that You showed to our fathers, turn Your anger into mercy and give Your help to the Ukrainian people in their present sorrow.
The Russian Church prays to You, presenting to You the intercession of all the saints who have shone in it, especially the Most Holy Theotokos and the Ever-Virgin Mary, who have covered and interceded our country since ancient times. Warm our hearts with the warmth of Thy grace, confirm our will in Thy will, so that as in ancient times, so may Thy all-holy name, the Father and the Son and the Holy, be glorified Spirit, forever and ever.
