Divine vegetation, unfading flower, / the long-suffering vines of Christ, God-bearing Blasie, / by faith honoring your memory, fulfill your joy, // praying unceasingly for all of us.
Oh, long-suffering father, great servant of God, Hieromartyr Blasie. Hear us, sinners, who come running to you and pray to you warmly. A storm of many evils, troubles and sorrows will overwhelm us, mental and physical illnesses and all sorts of obsessions of the enemy will overwhelm us. We are negligent about our salvation; because of our sins, we are less worthy of asking the Lord for help. But you, good shepherd, have great boldness in the presence of the Merciful God, just as you were sometimes led to your torment, the tearful widows who came to you, did not reject you, otherwise from You freed the beast from the scourge, and you asked the Lord for healing of another child, so even now look upon your children, at this hour consolation and help will flow to you asking. You begged the Lord: if anyone has any illness or trouble, he will remember your name - to help everyone in glorifying His Most Holy Name. Do not deny us who are praying to you, but as you promised, fulfill all our requests for good, by the mercy of the All-Good God, to Him be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.
