You, my Savior, who, out of obedience, for thirty years in Nazareth obeyed Your Mother, the Most Blessed Virgin Mary, and the guardian of Her virginity Joseph, and upon entering into the work of Your great ministry, was obedient to the will of Your Father even to the point of death, death on the cross, so that I, following Your example, in everything obeyed the rulers You placed over me and fulfilled everything in the law and the Gospel commanded by You, so that my whole life would be continuous obedience, which would make me a worthy participant in Your grace in this life and Your glory in the future life.
