...

Let us pray to the Lord for those who are sailing, traveling, the sick, the suffering, the captives, and for their salvation.

For the servants of God (name), who suffer from an incurable illness, and for the Lord to forgive them every sin, voluntary and involuntary, and to be merciful to them.

Let us pray to the Lord that they and their relatives may acquire the fruit of faith, offered with a pure heart in patience, and unshameful hope.

Let us pray to the Lord for the glory of His name that I may be visited by the visitation of My Holy Spirit, and to weaken the incurable disease nesting in them.

Intercede, save, have mercy and preserve us, O God, by Your grace.

Prayer after the litany.

O holy passion-bearer, Tsarevich Alexy! Through the prayers of the Venerable Seraphim, you were born from crowned spouses, so that you may receive the glory of the earthly kingdom, otherwise your life was painful and short and your death was sorrowful. For this reason, you have risen without stumbling to the glory of the Kingdom of Heaven and now, with all the saints, you abide in the eternal light and incorruptible joy, but you also sympathize with those in the earthly vale, especially with those who suffer from an incurable illness, as you sometimes do. We also pray to you: as you weigh the suffering of this earth, strengthen those who suffer with your prayers in patience; as if you behold the glory of Heaven, illumine the despondent with its light; For you remained faithful to Christ even unto death, granting us also to bear our cross in humility. May we, together with you, glorify the faces of Heaven, the most honorable and magnificent name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Lik: Amen.

Also glorification.

Priest: Wisdom: Most Holy Theotokos, save us.

Face: The most honest cherub:

Priest: Glory to Thee, Christ our God, our Hope, glory to Thee.

Face: Glory, and now: Lord, have mercy, (three times). Bless.

Priest's dismissal:

Christ our true God, through the prayers of His Most Pure Mother, our reverend and God-bearing fathers, the holy passion-bearer Tsarevich Alexy and all the saints, will have mercy and save us, as He is Good and Lover of Mankind.

Lik: Amen.
