Lord, You see my illness, You know how sinful and weak I am, help me endure and thank Your goodness.
Lord, make this illness a cleansing for the multitude of my sins. Amen.
Oh, Most Pure Mother of God, All-Tsarina! Hear our much-painful sigh before your miraculous icon, brought from the inheritance of Athos to Russia, look upon your children, the incurable ailments of those who suffer, to the holy those who fall in faith to Your image!
Just as the winged bird covers its chicks, so You, now an ever-living being, cover us with Your multi-healing omophorion. There, where hope disappears, be with undoubted Hope. There, where fierce tribulations prevail, appear with patience and weakness. There, where the darkness of despair has settled in the soul, let the ineffable light of the Divine shine!
Comfort the faint-hearted, strengthen the weak, grant softening and enlightenment to hardened hearts. Heal Your sick people, O All-Merciful Queen!
Bless the minds and hands of those who heal us, may they serve as an instrument of the Almighty Physician Christ our Savior. As You are alive, existing with us, we pray before Your icon, O Lady!
Extend Your hand, filled with healing and healing, to bring joy to those who mourn, to bring consolation to those in sorrow, and to those who have soon received miraculous help, we glorify the Life-Giving and Indivisible Trinity, Father and Son and Holy Spirit forever and ever. Amen.
O great saint of Christ, passion-bearer and much-merciful physician, Panteleimon! Have mercy on me, the sinful servant of God (name), hear my groaning and cry, propitiate the Heavenly, Supreme Physician of our souls and bodies, Christ our God, grant us healing from the illness that oppresses me.
Accept the unworthy prayer of the most sinful of all people. Visit me with a gracious visit. Do not disdain my sinful sores, anoint me with the oil of your mercy and heal me: yes, being healthy in soul and body, I can spend the rest of my days, by the grace of God, in repentance and pleasing God and I will be worthy to receive the good end of my life.
Hey, saint of God! Pray to Christ God, that through your intercession He may grant me health to my body and salvation to my soul. Amen.
O all-blessed confessor, our holy saint Luke, great saint of Christ. With tenderness we bend the knee of our hearts, and falling to the race of your honest and multi-healing relics, like the child of our father, we pray to you with all our hearts: hear us sinners and bring our prayer to the Merciful and Humane-loving God. To him you now stand in the joy of the saints and stand before him as an angel. We believe that you love us with the same love that you loved all your neighbors while you were on earth.
Ask Christ our God to confirm His children in the spirit of right faith and piety: may He give the shepherds holy zeal and care for the salvation of the people entrusted to them: the right To keep the believers, to strengthen the weak and infirm in the faith, to instruct the ignorant, to reprove the contrary. Give us all a gift that is useful to everyone, and everything that is useful for temporary life and eternal salvation. Establishment of our cities, fruitful lands, deliverance from famine and destruction. Comfort for those who mourn, healing for those who are sick, return to the path of truth, blessing for parents, education and teaching for children in the fear of the Lord, help for the orphaned and needy intercession.
Grant us all your archpastoral blessing, so that if we have such prayerful intercession, we will get rid of the wiles of the evil one and avoid all enmity and disorder, heresies and schisms. Guide us on the path leading to the villages of the righteous, and pray for us to the all-powerful God, so that in eternal life we may be worthy with you to continually glorify the Consubstantial and Indivisible Trinity, Father and Son and Holy Spirit. Amen.
Oh, Saint Nektarios, God-Wise Father! Receive, guardian of the Orthodox faith, the confession of the people named after Christ, gathered today in the temple by the grace of God living in you. The news has reached the borders of Russia, that you, the great saint of Christ among the saints, have appeared to those who call upon your name in all corners of the world and have granted healing from cancer.
We have heard about the priest, your namesake and the temple in your name, who built with great sorrows. I was stricken with a cancerous chest ulcer, bleeding every day, and I suffered fiercely, but did not abandon my holy work.
Suddenly you, the saint of great mercy, descended from Heaven, and you appeared to him in the temple in a visible form. He is the one who does not perceive you as one of the mortals, asking for your prayers and saying: “I am a great lord, otherwise I want to restore the holy altar, and once again I will celebrate the Holy Liturgy together with the parishioners; “Afterwards I am ready to die, for death does not fear me.”
But you, father, are incorporeal, watering your face with tears and the volume of the sufferer, kissing and saying: “Do not grieve, my child, for you have been tested by illness, you will be healthy. Everyone knows about this miracle.” He, having been healed, abiye understands, with whom you were talking, he was invisible to you.
Oh, great saint of Christ Nektarios! This temple is now complete, and your miracles are like an overflowing sea, multiplying! We know that, like the prayer of a righteous person, it must be hastened by our zeal for the service of God and the determination to die for Christ, that we may find health. O righteous father, your sick child prays to you: may the will of God be done to us, good, acceptable and perfect, not wanting the sinner to die, but to turn and let him live. But you, the proclaimer of the will of God, healed us with your grace-filled appearance, may God be great in Heaven and on earth forever and ever! Amen.
