Children from Maramureș are invited to the Summer and Religion Camp in Săceltranslated

The children from Maramureș are invited to the Summer and Religion Camp, organized on August 5, in the Maramureș town of Săcel.

The event will take place between 08:30 and 12:30, at the Social-Cultural Center "Iustinian the Archbishop" of the Săcel I Parish, and will take place on the occasion of the feast of St. John Jacob the Hozevit.

According to a post on the Facebook page of the educational institute, the action aims to "provide children from the community and neighboring areas with a space for recreation, spiritual education and personal development, at the same time strengthening the connection between school, church and community".

The initiative belongs to the religion teacher Dănuț Iuga, who, together with the Săcel Secondary School team and the institutional partners, wants to continue the tradition of the religious camps held in the area and offer the children an educational and spiritual experience during the summer vacation.

"We hope that this activity will remain in the hearts of all those who participated and will be an impetus and, why not, an example of good practices", the organizers said.
