His Eminence made a working trip to the Vozdvizhensky parish in Tiraspoltranslated

On July 30, His Eminence Archbishop Savva of Tiraspol and Dubossary made a working trip to the parish of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in Tiraspol, where he got acquainted with the progress of work on the beautification of the temple complex and the surrounding area. The archpastor inspected the facilities where work is currently underway and discussed with the responsible persons the further stages of improvement of the parish. In the lower church in honor of St. John Chrysostom, Bishop Savva talked with the icon painter who was painting the decorative lower tier of the walls. According to church tradition, this part of the interior is decorated with compositions depicting fabrics, shrouds or decorative panels, which symbolically emphasizes the splendor of the House of God. Based on the results of the inspection, His Eminence Vladyka gave a number of practical instructions regarding the further implementation of the work, adjusted certain aspects and gave his archpastoral blessing to everyone who is diligently working on the beautification of the temple, wishing God’s help in the successful completion of the work begun.
