Three bishops performed the Divine Liturgy in the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ in the city of Bratsktranslated

On June 7, 2026, on the 1st Sunday after Pentecost, All Saints, the Divine Liturgy at the Cathedral in honor of the Nativity of Christ in the city of Bratsk was performed by three bishops: Metropolitan of Irkutsk and Angarsk Maximilian, Bishop of Sayan and Nizhneudinsk Alexy, Bishop of Bratsk and Ust-Ilimsk Konstantin. Concelebrating with the bishops were: Secretary of the Irkutsk Diocese Priest Stefan Bazhkov, Secretary of the Fraternal Diocese Priest Anthony Vasilyev, Dean of the 1st Fraternal Church District Archpriest Dimitry Kiryan, Dean of the 2nd Fraternal Church District Priest Nikolai Osipov, Archpriest Dimitry Filippov, Archpriest Georgy Malov, Priest John Afonin, cleric Sayan diocese priest John Gerneshi and priest Pavel Yalansky. The liturgical chants were performed by a combined choir under the direction of regent Svetlana Matveevskaya. The sermon before Communion was delivered by priest Anthony Vasiliev. At the end of the Liturgy, Metropolitan Maximilian, Bishop Alexy and Bishop Konstantin addressed those present with words of congratulations and parting words.
