The feast of Saint Panteleimon at the Hellenic Hospital of Cairotranslated

With the proper ecclesiastical magnificence and in a climate of deep sadness, the Holy Chapel of the Holy Glorious Great Martyr and Healer Panteleimon, which adorns the area of the Hellenic Hospital of Cairo, celebrated this year the seventh memory of its patron. Crowds of believers flocked to pay homage to the miraculous Saint, who for centuries has been a source of comfort, hope and healing for those who call upon his grace in faith. In this atmosphere of spiritual joy and reverence, on the afternoon of Sunday July 26, 2026, the solemn Vespers with baked goods was celebrated in the eponymous Holy Church, presided over by the Theophilist Bishop Ipponos Mr. Stefanos. The Panosiology Archimandrites Kallinikos, Michael and Theodoros, fathers Youssef, Pavlos and Youssef, as well as the deacon Christoforos were present at the Holy Vima. The hymns were performed by the Protopsaltis of the Hellenic Community of Cairo, Mr. Konstantinos Michalakopoulos, and the Arabic-speaking cantor, Mr. Pola Ibrahim.
