The Diocese of Matzouga and Northern Madagascar seeks funds for the construction of a new Diocesetranslated

The architectural study for the construction of the new Episcopate of the Holy Diocese of Matzouga and Northern Madagascar has been completed, with the blessing of the Patriarch of Alexandria and all Africa, Mr. Theodorou II. The study was drawn up by the architect engineer Stergios G. Voliotis from Thessaloniki, to whom the Diocese expressed its thanks for his offer.
The building was designed to meet the administrative, pastoral and social needs of the local Church. On the ground floor there will be accommodation, an office, a dining room and a doctor's office, while the first floor will house the Bishop's residence and administration, the secretariat and a meeting room.
After the completion of the study, the next stage is to find the financial resources for the implementation of the project, which is estimated to contribute to strengthening the presence and activity of the Orthodox Church in Northern Madagascar.
