The Diocese of Raska and Prizren regarding allegations of regulations on pilgrimages in Kosovo and Metohijatranslated

Believers who wish to make a pilgrimage to places of worship in Kosovo and Metohija seem to be encountering new obstacles. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Kosovo in its Law on Tourism, seems to have taken strict measures for all those who wish to go to places of worship and holy pilgrimages.
The measure states that persons performing professional tour guide duties and leading organized groups for tourism purposes must have an appropriate permit, while organized groups accompanied by a foreign guide without a permit from the Kosovo authorities must be accompanied by a local guide, who holds such a permit, during their stay, with the announcement of fines for non-compliance with these rules.
The Holy Diocese of Raska and Prizren became aware of this situation from groups of pilgrims returning from visiting Serbian holy places in the area.
