On July 26, the rector of the Cathedral of the Transfiguration of the Lord, Archpriest Anatoly Rezanovich, together with teachers and students of the Orthodox camp “Heirs” went on a pilgrimage to the shrines of Minsk.

The first stop on the Heirs’ pilgrimage journey was the St. Elizabeth’s Monastery, where the children were met by a nun-guide, who told in detail the history of the construction of the monastery, and gave a tour of its churches and territory.

Closer to lunch, the guys went to the Holy Spirit Cathedral, where guests were also welcomed, given delicious food, organized an excursion and told about the Minsk Icon of the Mother of God, as well as the life of the holy righteous Sophia of Slutsk.
