On the excommunication of a layman who expelled his wife and took another, or who married a divorcee.
If a layman, having expelled his wife, takes another or one released by another, then let him be excommunicated.

Εἴ τις λαϊκὸς τὴν ἑαυτοῦ γυναίκα ἐκβαλὼν ἑτέραν λάβοι, ἢ παρ᾿ ἄλλου ἀπολελυμένην, ἀφοριζέσθω.
