On the inadmissibility of clerics to expel their wife under the guise of piety.
Let no bishop, or presbyter, or deacon drive away his wife under the pretext of reverence. And if he expels, let him be excommunicated, but if he remains adamant, let him be cast out.

Ἐπίσκοπος, ἢ πρεσβύτερος, ἢ διάκονος, τὴν ἑαυτοῦ γυναῖκα μὴ ἐκβαλλέτω προφάσει εὐλαβείας· ἐὰν δὲ ἐκβάλῃ, ἀφοριζέσθω· ἐπιμένων δέ, καθαιρείσθω.
