That a bishop or presbyter who performs the sacrament of Baptism not by three immersions, but by one into the death of the Lord, is deprived of the priesthood.
If a bishop or presbyter performs not three immersions of a single sacrament, but one immersion taught into the death of the Lord, let him be deposed. For the Lord did not say: “Baptize into My death,” but: “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19).

Εἴ τις ἐπίσκοπος, ἢ πρεσβύτερος, μὴ τρία βαπτίσματα μιᾶς μυήοεως ἐπιτελέσῃ, ἀλλ᾿ ἓν βάπτισμα, τὸ εἰς τὸν θάνατον τοῦ Κυρίου διδόμενον, καθαιρείσθω. Οὐ γὰρ εἶπεν ὁ Κύριος, εἰς τὸν θάνατόν μου βαπτίσατε· ἀλλά, Πορευθέντες μαθητεύσατε πάντα τὰ ἔθνη, βαπτίζοντες αὐτοὺς εἰς τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ Πατρὸς καὶ τοῦ Υἱοῦ καὶ τοῦ ἁγίου Πνεύματος.
