About the ejection of clergy and the excommunication of laity who abhor wine, meat and marriage not for the sake of heroism.
If a bishop, or presbyter, or deacon, or anyone on the list of the sacred order refuses marriage, meat and wine, not for the sake of the feat of abstinence, but because he abhors all this, forgetting that everything is very good and that God created man and woman, and slanderes the creation of God, blasphemes it, let him either correct himself, or be deposed and excommunicated from the Church. Likewise the layman.

Εἴ τις ἐπίσκοπος ἢ πρεσβύτερος, ἢ διάκονος, ἢ ὅλως τοῦ καταλόγου τοῦ ἱερατικοῦ, γάμου, καὶ κρεῶν, καὶ οἴνου, οὐ δι᾿ ἄσκησιν, ἀλλὰ διὰ βδελυρίαν ἀπέχηται, ἐπιλαθόμενος ὅτι πάντα καλὰ λίαν, καὶ ὅτι ἄρσεν καὶ θῆλυ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τὸν ἄνθρωπον, ἀλλὰ βλασφημῶν διαβάλλῃ τὴν δημιουργίαν, ἢ διορθούσθω, ἢ καθαιρείσθω, καὶ τῆς ἐκκλησίας ἀποβαλλέσθω. Ὡσαύτως καὶ λαϊκός.
