On the excommunication and expulsion of unmerciful clergy.
If a bishop or presbyter does not give what is necessary to any needy clergyman, let him be excommunicated. If he persists, then let him be cast out as having killed his brother.

Εἴ τις ἐπίσκοπος, ἢ πρεσβύτερος, τινὸς τῶν κληρικῶν ἐνδεοῦς ὄντος, μὴ ἐπιχορηγοῖ τὰ δέοντα, ἀφοριζέσθω· ἐπιμένων δὲ, καθαιρείσθω, ὡς φονεύσας τὸν ἀδελφὸν αὐτοῦ.
