The fact that a twice ordained cleric is expelled along with the ordainer, if the first hand was not heretical.
If a bishop, or presbyter, or deacon receives a second ordination from anyone, let him and the one who ordained him be deposed, unless it is proven that he was ordained by heretics. For it is impossible for those who have been baptized or ordained by heretics to thereby become faithful or clergy.

Εἴ τις ἐπίσκοπος, ἢ πρεσβύτερος, ἢ διάκονος, δευτέραν χειροτονίαν δέξηται παρά τινος, καθαιρείσθω καὶ αὐτός, καὶ ὁ χειροτονήσας· εἰ μή γε ἄρα συσταίη, ὅτι παρὰ αἱρετικῶν ἔχει τὴν χειροτονίαν. Τοὺς γὰρ παρὰ τῶν τοιούτων βαπτισθέντας ἢ χειροτονηθέντας, οὔτε πιστούς, οὔτε κληρικοὺς εἶναι δυνατόν.
