About summoning the accused bishop to the council of bishops.
A bishop who is accused of anything by trustworthy people must be summoned by bishops; and if he comes and confesses or is convicted, then let penance be determined. If the one who is called does not obey, then let him be called a second time through 2 bishops sent to him. If even then he does not obey, let him be called a third time, again through two bishops sent to him; if even in this case he does not appear out of contempt, then let the Council make its decision about him, so that he does not hope to gain benefit by avoiding trial.
