About a 10-year penance for those who not only voluntarily made sacrifices to idols, but also forced their brothers to do this.
Those who not only became apostates, but also rebelled against the brothers and forced them or became the perpetrators of such coercion, let them remain among those listening for 3 years, another 6 years among those falling down, and remain in communion for another 1 year without communion of the Holy Mysteries, so that after the completion of the 10-year period they begin to receive communion. However, during this time one should also observe their life in general.

Ὅσοι δὲ μὴ μόνον ἀπέστησαν, ἀλλὰ καὶ ἐπανέστησαν, καὶ ἠνάγκασαν ἀδελφούς, καὶ αἴτιοι ἐγένοντο τοῦ ἀναγκασθῆναι, οὗτοι ἔτη μὲν τρία, τὸν τῆς ἀκροάσεως δεξάσθωσαν τόπον, ἐν δὲ ἄλλῃ ἑξαετίᾳ τὸν τῆς ὑποπτώσεως· ἄλλον δὲ ἐνιαυτὸν κοινωνησάτωσαν χωρὶς προσφορᾶς, ἵνα τὴν δεκαετίαν πληρώσαντες, τοῦ τελείου μετάσχωσιν· ἐν μέν τοι τούτῳ τῷ χρόνῳ, καὶ τὸν ἄλλον αὐτῶν ἐπιτηρεῖσθαι βίον.
