Правило 25

The bishop should have authority over the property of the Church in order to manage it for the benefit of all those in need with all reverence and fear of God. Let him take for himself what is required (if only required), for the necessary needs for himself and for the brothers he receives, so that they do not need anything, according to the word of the divine Apostle: Having food and clothing, we will be content with these (1 Tim. 6:8). If he is not content with this, but uses property for household needs and disposes of the income of the Church or the fruits of the fields not with the knowledge of the presbyters or deacons, but gives power over this to his household and relatives, or brothers, or sons, which is why disorder in church records imperceptibly occurs, then let him submit a report to the Council of the metropolitan region. If, however, the bishop and the presbyters who are with him are accused in another way of turning property belonging to the Church, consisting of income from fields or other church property, to their own benefit, thereby oppressing the poor and bringing criticism and reproach to church records and those managing the income, then let them be corrected in the manner deemed appropriate by the Holy Council.
