About the expulsion of presbyters (and those who joined them), who arbitrarily interrupted communication with their bishop and stopped remembering his name during services because of the latter’s unproven crimes.
The All-Evil One, having sowed the seeds of heretical weeds in the Church of Christ and seeing how they were cut off by the roots by the sword of the Spirit, entered on another path of deceit, attempting to divide the body of Christ with the madness of schismatics. But resolutely reflecting this evil plan of his, the Holy Council determined for the future: if a presbyter or deacon, accusing his own bishop of certain crimes, dares to withdraw from communion with him before the conciliar reasoning, consideration of the case and the final condemnation of the bishop and does not raise his name according to the Tradition of the Church at the Liturgy during sacred prayers, then he is subject to eruption and is deprived of all priestly honor. After all, one who is in the rank of presbyter, but steals the court of metropolitans and himself condemns his father and bishop before the trial, is not worthy of the honor or name of presbyter. And those who follow him, if they are clergy, let them also be deprived of their honor; if they are monks or laymen, let them be completely excommunicated from the Church until they return to their own bishop, rejecting communion with schismatics with disgust.

Τὰς τῶν αἱρετικῶν ζιζανίων ἐπισπορὰς ἐν τῇ τοῦ Χριστοῦ ἐκκλησίᾳ ὁ παμπόνηρος καταβαλών καὶ ταύτας ὁρῶν τῇ μαχαίρᾳ τοῦ Πνεύματος τεμνομένας προῤῥίζους, ἐφ᾿ ἑτέραν ἦλθε μεθοδείας ὁδόν, τῇ τῶν σχισματικῶν μανίᾳ τὸ τοῦ Χριστοῦ σῶμα μερίζειν ἐπιχειρῶν.
