Resolution to petition the state authorities to appoint 5 executors to distribute them among the different dioceses of the African Church.
In addition, it was desirable to ask for the election of 5 executors for all church needs, who would be distributed among different areas.

Ἤρεσε πρὸς τούτοις, ὥστε ἐκβιβαστὰς ἐν πᾶσι τοῖς τῆς ἐκκλησίας χρειώδεσι πέντε ἐπιλεγῆναι αἰτηθῆναι, οἵτινες ἐν ταῖς διαφόροις ἐπιμερισθήσονται ἐπαρχίαις.[1]
