Правило 146
An order not to accept as witnesses against members of the clergy all those persons who are deprived of the right to file complaints against them.
Do not allow as witnesses those who are ordered not to be admitted to the accusation, as well as those whom the accuser himself brings from his own home. Certificates from persons under 14 years of age will not be accepted.

Μάρτυρας δὲ εἰς μαρτυρίαν μὴ εἰσδέχεσθαι, τοὺς μηδὲ πρὸς κατηγορίαν εἰσδεχθῆναι παραγγελθέντας, ἢ ἔτι μὴν οὓς αὐτὸς ὁ κατήγορος ἐκ τοῦ ἰδίου οἴκου προσκομίσει· μαρτυρία δὲ ἐντὸς κείρας ἐνιαυτῶν δεκατεσσάρων μὴ προσδεχθείη.[1]
