Правило 17
On the prohibition of appeal against a sentence passed by judges elected by consent of both parties, even if the number of judges was less than that specified in the 12th rule of this council.
If the judges are chosen by agreement of the parties, even if there are fewer of them than determined, no appeal will be allowed.

ἤ τινι χάριτι ὑποφθαρῆναι· ἐὰν δὲ κατὰ συναίνεσιν τῶν μερῶν ἐπιλεγέντες ὦσι δικασταί, εἰ καὶ ὀλιγώτεροι ἔσονται τῶν ὁρισθέντων, μὴ ἐξεῖναι ἐκκαλεῖσθαι.[1]
