Правило 81
On the need for bishops, presbyters, deacons and subdeacons to abstain from their wives at certain times. The rule does not apply to lower clerics, as those who do not touch the shrine.
It is fitting that bishops and presbyters and deacons, according to the rules inherent in their degrees, abstain from the wives they already have; if they do not do this, let them be removed from the church rank; Let other clerks not be forced to do this. But it is proper to observe the custom of each Church.
