Правило 92
On anathema to a bishop who bequeathed his property after death to any heretic or pagan, even if he was his relative. Moreover, even his name should not be mentioned in church diptychs.
It is determined: if a bishop leaves heretics or pagans as heirs, whether they are related to him or not related to him, and prefers them to the Church, even after his death an anathema will be pronounced against him and his name will never be exalted by the priests of God. And let there be no excuse for him even if he did not leave a will, since, having become a bishop, he, of course, had to make a disposition of his property in accordance with his rank.
