Approval of the resignation of Bishop Maximian (former Donatist), who was not accepted by the people, and a resolution to elect another bishop in his place.
About Maximian, Bishop of Wagen, it was reasoned: let letters be sent from the Council both to him and to his flock, so that he leaves the bishopric, and they look for another.

Περὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ δὲ τοῦ Βαγενσίου, ἤρεσεν ἐκ τῆς συνόδου γράμματα δοθῆναι καὶ πρὸς αὐτὸν καὶ πρὸς τὸν λαόν, ἵνα κἀκεῖνος ἐκ τῆς ἐπισκοπῆς ἀναχώρησῃ, κἀκεῖνοι ἑαυτοῖς ἄλλον ἀναζητήσωσι.[1]
