Scriptures against honest icons are considered heretical books.
All childish amusements and crazy bacchanalia - false writings composed against honest icons - must be given to the bishopric of Constantinople, so that they can be put aside along with other heretical books. If it turns out that someone is hiding them, then if he is a bishop, or a presbyter, or a deacon, let him be deposed, but if he is a layman or a monk, let him be excommunicated.
