About the prohibition for clergy and laity to communicate with those who adhere to the Jewish religion.
No one belonging to the sacred rank and no layman eats Jewish unleavened bread, enters into fellowship with the Jews, calls them in when they are sick, accepts treatment for them, and does not at all wash with them in the baths. If anyone begins to do this, then if he is a cleric, let him be deposed, and if he is a layman, let him be excommunicated.

Μηδεὶς τῶν ἐν ἱερατικῷ καταλεγομένων τάγματι, ἢ λαϊκός, τὰ παρὰ τῶν Ἰουδαίων ἄζυμα ἐσθιέτω, ἢ τούτοις προσοικειούσθω, ἢ ἐν νόσοις προσκαλείσθω, καὶ ἰατρείας παρ᾿ αὐτῶν λαμβανέτω, ἢ ἐν βαλανείοις τούτοις παντελῶς συλλουέσθω· εἰ δέ τις τοῦτο πράξαι ἐπιχειροίη, εἰ μὲν κληρικὸς εἴη, καθαιρείσθω· εἰ δὲ λαϊκός, ἀφοριζέσθω.
