About the inadmissibility of a bishop to preach without permission in another diocese.
May a bishop not be allowed to teach publicly in another city that does not belong to him. If anyone is caught doing this, let him be removed from the bishopric, and let him perform the actions of a presbyter.

Μὴ ἐξέστω ἐπισκόπῳ εἰς ἑτέραν τὴν μὴ αὐτῷ προσήκουσαν πόλιν δημοσίᾳ διδάσκειν· εἰ δέ τις φωραθείη τοῦτο ποιῶν, τῆς ἐπισκοπῆς παυέσθω· τὰ δὲ τοῦ πρεσβυτέρου ἐνεργείτω.
