Правило 36

On the confirmation of the previously established diptych of the leading bishops of the Church (Roman, Constantinople, Alexandria, Antioch, Jerusalem).
Renewing the law of the 150 holy fathers gathered in this God-protected and reigning city, and the 630 gathered in Chalcedon, we determine that the throne of Constantinople should enjoy equal advantages with the throne of ancient Rome and in church affairs be exalted like it, being second after it; and next after him let the throne of the great city of Alexandria be numbered, after that of Antioch, and after that the throne of the city of Jerusalem.
