About penance for those who keep harlots (disgorging clergy, excommunicating laity).
Those who, to seduce souls, recruit and keep harlots, if they are clerics, we determine to excommunicate and cast out, and if they are laymen, to excommunicate.

Τοὺς ἐπὶ ψυχῶν ὀλίσθῳ πόρνας ἐπισυνάγοντας, καὶ ἐκτρέφοντας, εἰ μὲν κληρικοὶ εἶεν, ἀφορίζεσθαι, καὶ καθαιρεῖσθαι ὁρίζομεν· εἰ δὲ λαϊκοὶ, ἀφορίζεσθαι.
