Wives who give means that promote the eruption of the fetus from the womb (ἀμβλωθρίδια) and take poisons that kill the fetus are subject to the penance of murderers.

Τὰς τὰ ἀμβλωθρίδια διδούσας φάρμακα, καὶ τὰς δεχομένας τὰ ἐμβρυοκτόνα δηλητήρια, τῷ τοῦ φονέως ἐπιτιμίῳ καθυποβάλλομεν.
