Thy message went out into the whole country at midnight, / for those who received your word, / which you taught with great grace, / you enlightened the ignorant of Christ with the light of the Gospel, / human You have adorned the customs, / Russian praise, Our Holy Hierarch Innocent, / pray to Christ God // to save our souls.

Kontakion, tone 3

Live piously among the saints,/ and teach people to the understanding of God, and please God well,/ for this reason from Him you are glorified by incorruptibility and miracles,// as disciples of God’s grace.

Prayer 1st

Oh, good shepherd and wise teacher, image of good behavior to all who want to live piously, our holy father Innocent! To you, like a child to a father, we come running and pray, remembering your love for people: be an indestructible shield of the Holy Orthodox Church and our Fatherland, bishops, with the splendor of your holiness and adorn with wisdom, grant zeal to the shepherd in service, establish the monastics in the feat of the good course in obedience, pray for Orthodox Christians to keep the holy, immaculate faith, peace pacify all through your intercession. Our warm prayer book, All-Russian luminary, enlightener of Siberia and America, grant us the autumn blessing from the Mountain in our present sorrows, and grant us consolation and deliverance from mental illnesses and bodily; Ask us from above for a spirit of meekness, chastity, humility, patience and love, so that we may live the rest of our life in faith and repentance and praise it with gratitude in eternal life glorifying the Lord - the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, the Trinity, Consubstantial and Indivisible, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

Prayer 2

Oh, Saint Innocent of Christ, newly-minted saint! We fall to you, servants of God (names), and we pray: instill in our hearts your love, which you were filled with for God and your neighbors in your life.

Pray to Christ God, that our sins, voluntary and involuntary, may be forgiven us, that we may be delivered from all enemies, visible and invisible, from all troubles and sorrows and all ailments. Pray that the Lord will be merciful to us, both here and in the future, and the fathers and brothers, mothers and sisters, and our children who have passed away from us, having become saints, in a brighter place may he rest in peace: may he who stands and worships your icon, imams, never-sleepless prayer and primate for us to the Lord, and gratefully and lovingly magnify him who glorified and obeyed you, in the Trinity We glorify God, the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen.
