The memory of Saint Paraskevi the Holy Martyr was celebrated with all splendor and magnificence in the cemetery church of the same name in Pyrgiotika, Nafplio. On the eve of the holiday, Saturday, July 25, a grand celebratory vespers was held. After the end of the vespers, there was a procession of the Holy icon around the municipal apartment to bless the place and the residents.

The vicar of the church, Father Vassilios Korolis, thanked the Priests and the faithful who honored Agia Paraskevi with their presence.

Petr NovákThanks, Daniel. Here in Pilsen, we also carry the icon of Saint Paraskeva, but only in the gardens around the church, not in the whole village. People are really looking forward to it, especially the older ones. And how do you do it - do you go all the way to the fields or just along the roads?
