Prayer to the supreme apostles Peter and Paul

Oh, glorified apostles Peter and Paul, who gave up their souls for Christ and fertilized His pasture with your blood! Hear your children's prayers and sighs, now offered with contrite hearts. Behold, we are lawlessly darkened, and for this reason we are surrounded by troubles like clouds, but without a good life we become poor, and we are not able to resist the predatory wolf, like They are boldly trying to plunder God's heritage. O strength! Bear our weaknesses, do not be separated from us in spirit, so that we will not be separated from the love of God in the end, but protect us with your strong intercession, may the Lord have mercy on all of us for your prayers for your sake, yes He will destroy the handwriting of our immeasurable sins and may He make His Lamb worthy with all the saints of the blessed Kingdom and marriage, to Him be honor, and glory, and thanksgiving, and worship, forever and ever. Amen.

Prayer 2 to the supreme apostles Peter and Paul

Oh, holy apostles Peter and Paul, do not be separated in spirit from us, sinful servants of God (names), so that we may not be completely separated from the love of God, but with your strong intercession protect us, may He have mercy For the sake of all of us, may the Lord destroy the handwriting of our immeasurable sins, and may He grant with all the saints the blessed Kingdom and marriage of His Lamb, to Him be honor and glory, and thanksgiving and worship forever and ever. Amen.

Prayer 3 to the supreme apostles Peter and Paul

Oh, supreme apostle: Peter, the steadfast exponent of the faith of Christ, and Paul, the sweet-talking gusset of the teachings of the Lord! We see you, like a multi-flowing river of the stories of Christ’s words, flowing from the true bosom of God and revealing the entire depth of the storehouse of God-revealed truths to us, who thirst for them. We see you, like luminaries, from heaven currents of warmth of divine love that make clear to us: we bless you, who have accepted labor and sweat, in the hedgehog of all the teachings of the divine seeds: we kiss the feet yours, flowing around all the ends of the earth, and in the trembling of sin we see your heads, humbly bowing to the most pure feet of the Lord: one by the way of the cross (hanging) and the other by the sword truncation. We tenderly ask you, holy apostles, to make us, in the midst of sin, bowing before our Teacher the Lord, to make the pride of our head beheaded by the revealed teaching of God: our spiritual hunger May the Lord quench the meal indicated from heaven itself, like Peter: - you, Paul, saturated with the words of Christ, strive to proclaim us to the third heaven with your unceasing words about us to the Lord with prayers, so that we too may glorify with the faces of the angels and apostles the wondrous Father of all in our saints, who sent Him into the world to save and guide us to eternal life, the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit, who is consubstantial with Him. Amen.

Prayer to the Supreme Apostle Peter

Oh, Saint Peter, great apostle, self-witness and companion of God, who was freed from the troubled waters and extreme drowning by the omnipotent right hand of your Teacher! Don’t forget us poor ones, sunk in the mire of sin and overwhelmed by the waves of the sea of life: give us your strong hand, help us and keep us from drowning in passions, lusts, lies and slander. Show us the mercy shown to you by the Lord, so that we do not give in to doubt and lack of faith. Teach us, our teacher, to shed tears of repentance, so that we weep bitterly for our deeds in this world. And if your tears, poured out in repentance, are covered by His mercy, your Lord and Teacher, ask for us, with apostolic boldness, forgiveness for our sins every hour. This city, cast down at your holy feet, protects our salvation from the ever-present wiles of the evil enemy; Raise up your holy hands to the Lord for our people, so that we may live a quiet and silent life in this time until the hour when the Master Lord, our Judge, may call us impartial. But you, O all-praised apostle, do not turn away our cry and groaning to you, but intercede for us before Christ, your Teacher, so that we may continually glorify His mercy towards us, together with the Father and the Holy Spirit, in eyelids of centuries. Amen.

Personal petition

Oh, holy great Apostle Peter! Do not reject me, your servant (name) and my groaning towards you. Look upon me, who am in sickness and sorrow, ask Christ, your Teacher, (the content of the petition), so that we may continually glorify His mercy towards us, together with the Father and the Holy Spirit, forever and ever. Amen.

Prayer to the Supreme Apostle Paul

Oh, holy supreme Apostle Paul, the chosen vessel of Christ, the teller of heavenly mysteries, the teacher of all languages, the church trumpet, the notorious orbit, who endured many troubles for the name of Christ, who measured the sea and walked the earth and turned us from the flattery of idols! I pray to you and cry to you: do not disdain my foul (name), raise up the one who has fallen through sinful laziness, just as you raised the temple in Lystra from your mother’s womb; and just as Eutychus, who was dead, was revived, raise me also from dead deeds; and just as with your prayer you once shook the foundation of the prison and you allowed the prisoners to do the will of God. For all you can do by the authority given to you from Christ God, to Him belongs all glory, honor and worship, with His Beginning Father, and with His Most Holy and Good and Life-Giving Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen.

Brief life of the Supreme Apostle Peter

Memorial Day June 29/July 12

Before becoming an apostle, he was a fisherman, and then, together with his brother, the Apostle Andrew, he was the first called by the Lord to become a disciple. When the high priests took Jesus into custody, he renounced the Lord, but atoned for his sin with tearful repentance and, having confessed his faith and love for Christ, was honored to become the foundation of the entire Christian Church. He had various grace-filled gifts - he healed the lame, the paralytic, raised the dead, and cast out demons in the name of Jesus. He suffered martyrdom in Rome. They pray to the Apostle Peter for the improvement of the church, healing from various ailments, and for help in fishing.

Brief life of the supreme Apostle Paul

Memorial Day June 29/July 12

Having been visited by the Lord, from a persecutor of Christians he became a fiery preacher of the Christian faith. Converted many pagans, healed many sick people, founded many churches throughout the Mediterranean. 14 of his pastoral letters were included in the New Testament. In them, the Apostle Paul shows examples of truly pastoral care for his spiritual children, love for them and concern for their salvation. More than once he suffered torment for the Word of God and was imprisoned. He suffered martyrdom in Rome. They pray to the Apostle Paul for standing firm in the faith, for the conversion of unbelievers and the increase of faith, for good shepherding, for love between shepherds and their flock.
