Metropolitan Fthiotidos from the 4th Summer Festival: "The Church does not depend on persons"translated

The 4th consecutive Summer Festival of the Holy Metropolis of Fthiotido was held with great success again this year at the seaside Camping Center "Agia Aikaterini" in New Lokris. An institution that was born from the inspiration and initiative of the Venerable Metropolitan Fthiotidos Mr. Simeon and is a point of reference for our local Church and the wider society.

For the fourth year in a row, thousands of citizens, clergy and laity and mainly young people, made their destination the idyllic and green environment of the Camping Center of the Holy Metropolis of Fthiotidos, next to the sea of the Maliak Gulf, just before the start of the blessed fasting period of the fifteenth of August, in a great celebration of joy, culture and creation, full of music, tributes, colors, coolness and beautiful flavors.
