Visit of the Deputy Minister of Shipping and Island Policy to the Metropolitan of Lerostranslated

As part of a planned visit to Leros on the morning of Monday, August 3, 2026, the Deputy Minister of Shipping and Insular Policy Mr. Stefanos Gikas, the Secretary General of the Ministry Mr. Fotis Maggos and senior officials of the Coast Guard held a cordial meeting with the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Leros, Kalymnos and Astipalaia Mr. Paisios at the offices of Holy Metropolis, in the "Patriarchion" of Leros. During the meeting, a constructive discussion was held on issues of common interest, while at the end the two sides exchanged souvenirs.
