The fact that the one who steals the wax, or church oil, is excommunicated, with the return of the stolen goods fivefold.
If any clergyman or layman takes wax or oil from the holy church, let him be excommunicated; and let him add the 5th part in addition to what he took.

Εἴ τις κληρικός, ἢ λαϊκός, ἀπὸ τῆς ἁγίας ἐκκλησίας ἀφέληται κηρόν, ἢ ἔλαιον, ἀφοριζέσθω, καὶ τὸ ἐπίπεμπτον προστιθέτω μεθ᾿ οὗ ἔλαβεν.
