About a 5-year penance for sorcerers, sorcerers, followers of pagan customs and those who take advantage of them.
Those who tell fortunes and follow pagan customs or bring someone into their homes to discover enchantment or for purification are subject to a 5-year punishment according to certain degrees: 3 years of prostration and 2 years of prayer without communion of the Holy Mysteries.

Οἱ καταμαντευόμενοι, καὶ ταῖς συνηθείαις τῶν ἐθνῶν ἐξακολουθοῦντες, ἢ εἰσάγοντές τινας εἰς τοὺς ἑαυτῶν οἴκους ἐπὶ ἀνευρέσει φαρμακειῶν, ἢ καὶ καθάρσει, ὑπὸ τὸν κανόνα πιπτέτωσαν τῆς πενταετίας, κατὰ τοὺς βαθμοὺς τοὺς ὡρισμένους, τρία ἔτη ὑποπτώσεως, καὶ δυὸ ἔτη εὐχῆς, χωρὶς προσφορᾶς.
