Правило 17
On the excommunication of a bishop who has accepted ordination but evades episcopal service.
If a bishop, having received episcopal consecration and the appointment to be the head of the people, does not accept ministry and does not agree to go to the Church entrusted to him, then let him be a stranger to communion until he accepts ministry under compulsion or until the full Council of Bishops of the metropolitan region makes a decision about him.

Εἴ τις ἐπίσκοπος χειροθεσίαν ἐπισκόπου λαβών, καὶ ὁρισθεὶς προεστάναι λαοῦ, μὴ καταδέξοιτο τὴν λειτουργίαν, μηδὲ πείθοιτο ἀπιέναι εἰς τὴν ἐγχειρισθεῖσαν αὐτῷ ἐκκλησίαν, τοῦτον εἶναι ἀκοινώνητον, ἕως ἂν ἀναγκασθεὶς κατεδέξοιτο, ἢ ὁρίσοι τι περὶ αὐτοῦ ἡ τελεία σύνοδος τῶν κατὰ τὴν ἐπαρχίαν ἐπισκόπων.
