About the anathema to non-church prayer meetings and those who dare to perform sacred services in a house of worship without the knowledge of the bishop.
If someone organizes private meetings outside the Church and, neglecting the Church, wishes to perform church sacraments and rites without a presbyter present at the will of the bishop, let him be anathema.

Εἴ τις παρὰ τὴν ἐκκλησίαν ἰδίᾳ ἐκκλησιάζοι, καὶ καταφρονῶν τῆς ἐκκλησίας, τὰ τῆς ἐκκλησίας ἐθέλοι πράττειν, μὴ συνόντος τοῦ πρεσβυτέρου κατὰ γνώμην τοῦ ἐπισκόπου, ἀνάθεμα ἔστω.
