On the excommunication of clergy belonging to the African Church who went to Italy without permission without a letter of release.
Anyone who, being deprived of communion in Africa, secretly penetrates into regions overseas with the aim of entering into communion, will lose the degree of cleric.

Ὁστισδήποτε μὴ κοινωνῶν ἐν τῇ Ἀφρικῇ, εἰς τὰ περαματικὰ πρὸς τὸ κοινωνεῖν ὑφερπύσει, τὴν ζημίαν τῆς κληρώσεως ἀναδέξεται.[1]
