On the prohibition of serving as exorcists to persons not appointed by a bishop.
That those who have not been made bishops should not conjure either in churches or in houses.

Ὅτι οὐ δεῖ ἐφορκίζειν τοὺς μὴ προαχθέντας ὑπὸ ἐπισκόπων, μήτε ἐν ταῖς ἐκκλησίαις, μήτε ἐν ταῖς οἰκίαις.
