Photo exhibition “Liturgy with the Patriarch” opened in Gomeltranslated

The Divine Liturgy is the pinnacle of the prayer life of the Church. Residents and guests of Gomel can now see the depth and beauty of the main Orthodox service through the prism of the Primate’s service.

On July 27, 2026, the Gomel Regional Philharmonic hosted a solemn opening ceremony of the photo exhibition “Liturgy with the Patriarch,” dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the enthronement of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus'.

His Eminence Stefan, Archbishop of Gomel and Zhlobin, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech.

The Bishop noted that the exhibition allows us to trace the fifteen-year path of the First Hierarchal ministry of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill, to see his works and the events that lived in the Russian Orthodox Church during these years. The Archpastor thanked His Holiness the Patriarch for the blessing to present the exhibition on Gomel land and emphasized that its materials help visitors touch the life of the Church and better understand the meaning of the Patriarchal ministry.
