Soon before, before we even enslave ourselves to the enemy,/ who blasphemes You and opposes us, O Christ our God,/ destroy those who fight us with Your Cross,/ so that they may understand how maybe the Orthodox faith, // through the prayers of the Mother of God, the One Lover of Mankind.
Chosen Governor and Lord, hell to the Conqueror!/ For I have been delivered from eternal death,/ I will praise You, Thy creation and servant,/ but for having mercy unspeakable,/ from all my troubles freedom, calling // Jesus, Son of God, have mercy on me.
Lord, Almighty God, King of all kings and Lord of all who rule, who said that not a hair of our heads will fall without Your will, who ceases warfare to the ends of the earth, who breaks the bow, who breaks a spear that burns chariots with fire! Be our help, protection and fortress, a stone mountain and a fence from enemies. Do not leave Your inheritance, which is called by the holy name of Christ. May Your glory be magnified in the highest and throughout the world, may there be peace and goodwill on earth. Do not allow the churches and schools, lands and nations where Your glory dwells to be destroyed and devastated. Grant to all Christian authorities and subjects permanent peace and harmony. Arm us with Your might, because with You we can crush hordes. Clothe us with Your power and make us strengthened by You and the power of Your strength. Amen.
Lord, Jesus Christ our God, accept our prayer for the forgiveness of our sins and iniquities, and by irritation, Your love for mankind and by anger, Your kindness: and turn away from us all Your wrath, righteously moving towards us, and quench in our fatherland all the discord that exists today, and bloodshed, and internecine warfare, and give peace and silence, but love and affirmation, and speedy reconciliation Your people, whom You redeemed with Your honest blood, for glory for the sake of Your name, for the establishment and strengthening of Your holy Church, for He is blessed forever centuries.
