The 40-day commemoration of the blessed Saint Hilarion, Abbot of Mount Taborios Monasterytranslated

On Saturday the 12th/25th of July 2026, His Beatitude the Patriarch of Jerusalem, Mr. Theophilos, accompanied by the Reverend Metropolitan of Capitolias, Mr. Hesychios and the Reverend Metropolitan of Hellenoupolis, Mr. Joakim, went to the Holy Monastery of Mount Tabor in northern Israel of the Holy Metropolis of Nazareth. In the Holy Monastery, His Beatitude performed Divine Liturgy and then, the four-day Memorial Mass of the Blessed Saint Archimandrite Hilarion, Abbot of the Holy Monastery, co-celebrating also the Reverend Metropolitan of Nazareth Mr. Kyriakos and the visiting Reverend Metropolitan Mr. Timotheus of Thessaliot and Phanariofersalo, of the Holy Sepulcher Archimandrites Christodoulos Secretary of the Holy and Holy Synod and Archimandrite Silouanos, Priests of the neighboring regions of Nazareth and of the Rene Community and Archdeacon Fr. Markos, psalmonist of the Abbot of Cana Archimandrite Fr. Leontios.

The Divine Liturgy and the Memorial were attended by the nuns of the Holy Monastery and the faithful from the flock of the Holy Metropolis of Nazareth.
