Deacon: Glory to Thee, our God, glory to Thee.
And we: Heavenly King, Comforter, Soul of truth, Who is everywhere and fulfills everything, Treasure of good things and Giver of life, come and dwell in us, and cleanse us from all filthiness, and save us, Good, our souls.
And the deacon says in voice 2:
God is the Lord and having appeared to us, blessed is He who comes in the Name of the Lord.
Verse: Confess to the Lord that He is Good, for His mercy endures forever.
Verse: Having come by, they have bypassed me, and in the Name of the Lord I resisted them.
Verse: I will not die, but I will live and carry out the works of the Lord.
Verse: The stone that was built carelessly, this became the head of the corner: this came from the Lord and is marvelous in our hands.

Manasseh from bonds and bitter imprisonment / prayers for the sake of freedom, all-generous God, / and Your servants, who are now praying to us, / from bonds and imprisonment of freedom / and from every evil situation deliver, // for there is only one Lover of mankind.

The rule of faith and the image of meekness,/ the self-control of the teacher/ will show you to your flock,/ even the truth of things:/ for this reason you have acquired high humility,/ rich in poverty./ Father Superior Nicholas,/ pray to Christ God,// our souls will be saved.

Save Thy servants from troubles, Mother of God, for we all, according to God, resort to Thee, as the unbreakable wall and intercession.
Look with kindness, O All-Singing Mother of God, on my fierce embitterment of the body, and heal my soul and illness.
Pray to God for us, Holy Hierarch Father Nicholas, as we diligently resort to you, your quick helper and prayer book for our souls.

The priest reads the Gospel of John (John 8:31-36)
The Lord spoke to the Jews who believed him: If you continue in My word, you will be My disciples indeed. And you understand the truth, and the truth will set you free. You answered and decided to Him: “I am Abraham’s seed, and no one’s servant: how can you say that you will be free?” Jesus answered them: Amen, amen, I say to you, that everyone who commits sin is the slave of sin. But a servant does not abide in a house forever: a son abides forever. If the Son sets you free, you will truly be free.

As you are the source of mercy/ and the depths of goodness, O Christ God,/ do not despise those who call upon You by faith in sorrows and troubles,/ but as you are generous, have mercy/ and will soon free you from bonds,// let us sing to You: Hallelujah.

The deacon says the litany:
Have mercy on us, O God, according to Your great mercy, we pray to You, hear and have mercy.
Face: Lord, have mercy, (three times).
We also pray for our great Lord and Father, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill, and for our Lord, His Eminence Metropolitan (or: Archbishop, or: Most Reverend Bishop) (name), and about all our brothers in Christ.
Face: Lord, have mercy, (three times).
We also pray for our God-protected country, its authorities and its army, so that we may live a quiet and silent life in all piety and purity.
Face: Lord, have mercy, (three times).
He also adds this:
We also pray to the Lord our God to visit with His mercy those who are in prison, bound by sinful bonds, so that they can leave their sinful thoughts and find them in repentance. Hope and freedom given by Christ and our Savior, we diligently pray, Lord, hear and have mercy.
Face: Lord, have mercy, (three times).
To enlighten the minds and hearts of those sitting in prison with the light of His grace, to put aside every sinful intention, and to abolish the work of sinful habits, and to follow the command To Yours, we diligently pray to You, Lord, hear and have mercy.
Face: Lord, have mercy, (three times).
Healing illnesses, healing passions, visit with Your goodness those sitting in prison, preserving them from all illness and infirmity, from the spirit of malice and despondency, carnal lust and drunkenness, and All wholeness will find a path pleasing to You, our True God, we diligently pray, hear and be Generous, have mercy.
Face: Lord, have mercy, (three times).
The priest exclaimed:
Hear us, O God, our Savior, the hope of all the ends of the earth and those who are in the sea far away, and be merciful, be merciful, O Master, about our sins, and have mercy on us. For You are a merciful and Lover of Mankind, and we send glory to You, the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages.
Lik: Amen.
Deacon: Let us pray to the Lord.
Lik: Lord, have mercy.
The priest reads this prayer for the prisoners:
Lord Jesus Christ, our God, who descended into hell by the Cross, who put the devil to shame, who destroyed the rivets and gatekeepers of hell, who freed the prisoners and gave life to Thy world, look upon the prayer of the humble and unworthy servants Yours, who come running to Your cruelty-free Majesty and the abyss of philanthropy and, as you are Compassionate, by Your mercy and bounty, visit those burdened with sins and living in prison: For You have declared, Lord, For by my will I do not want the sinner to die, but rather that he should be converted and live. Hear those who call upon Thee in the midst of spiritual distress: heal the spiritual and physical wounds of those who are in weakness; in the hardness of the heart, turn to repentance; Establish Thy truth and justification for those who seek in faith and the creation of the commandments and guide them on the path of salvation. For You are, Lord, help to the helpless, hopelessly unreliable, salvation to the desperate, awaken everyone and bring them to the haven of Your desire, let us sing and glorify You with Your Beginning Father, and All-Holy, and Good, and Your Life-giving Spirit, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages.

Deacon: Let us pray to the saint and wonderworker Nicholas.
Lik: To the Holy Hierarch Father Nicholas, pray to God for us.
The priest says a prayer to St. Nicholas:
O all-holy Nicholas, the most wonderful servant of the Lord, our warm intercessor and quick helper everywhere in sorrow! Help me, a sinner and sad person, in this present life, beg the Lord God to grant me forgiveness of all my sins, as much as I have sinned from my youth in all my life, in deed, in word, with my thoughts and all my feelings; and at the exodus of my soul, help the accursed one, beg the Lord God, Creator of all creation, to deliver me from airy ordeals and eternal torment, so that I may always glorify the Father, and the Son, and Holy Spirit, and your merciful intercession, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages.
Lik: Amen.
Deacon: Wisdom.
Priest: Most Holy Theotokos, save us.
Face: The most honorable Cherub and the most glorious without comparison Seraphim, without corruption of God the Word we magnify Thee, the real Mother of God.
Priest: Glory to Thee, Christ God, our hope, glory to Thee.
Face: Glory to the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto ages of ages. Amen. Lord, have mercy, three times. Bless.
Priest dismissal:
Christ, our true God, through the prayers of His Most Pure Mother, our reverend and God-bearing fathers and all the saints, will have mercy and save us, for He is Good and Lover of Mankind.
